Nutcracker Auditions

1:00 p.m. Ages 7 - 12
2:00 p.m. Ages 13 - adult
Be part of the magic! Dancers who are not enrolled in our year-round company program may audition to be part of The Nutcracker.
We are seeking dancers and actors ages 7 to adult to portray characters like mice, soldiers and party guests!
If you are currently part of the junior or senior company, you do not need to attend open auditions.

Saturday, Sept. 14
2:00 p.m.
Dancers must have at least one year of training in ballet or be currently enrolled in a class at Genesee Dance. Bring ballet shoes and wear dance attire.
Roles cast from this audition may include mice, soldiers and lambs. There is a $30 participation fee if cast.

2:00 p.m.
Dancers: Bring ballet and pointe shoes (if applicable)
Actors: Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to learn a short pantomime
No participation fee for teens and adults.
