Rent Space
Our dance and Pilates studio is available for rent by the day or the hour. Run your own classes or meeting, or simply enjoy a private space to exercise or practice.
Rentals are available for each room individually or the full facility as a whole. The building features central air conditioning, waiting area, high speed wi-fi and accessible restroom. Contact Us for rates and availability.
Studio A
Designed for dance and group fitness.
Accommodates up to 15 participants.
Mirror lined wall
2 wall-mounted ballet barres.
5 portable ballet barres.
Semi-sprung marley dance floor
Exercise props available for use .
Curtains may be closed for privacy or kept open for natural light.
Bluetooth speaker available.
Studio B
Designed for Pilates training.
Accommodates up to four clients at once.
Private entrance through back door available.
Our studio features four Pilates reformers including three Balanced Body reformers (one with Tower conversion) and one Peak Classic.
We also have one split pedal stability chair (Merrithew brand) and a wall mounted barre.

Policies
Teachers using the space for classes must present proof of liability insurance.
Anyone using the space for personal practice does so at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver with Genesee Dance Theatre.
Space must be booked with at least 24 hours of advance notice.
Genesee Dance Theatre does not provide staffing for classes/events unless arrangements are made ahead of time. Additional fees will apply.
Renters are expected to return the facilities to the condition in which they were found after use.
Payment must be made in advance to secure the space.
